Uses of Cabozantinib Tablets 20 mg (Cazanat20)
A drug known as Cabozantinib is used in the treatment of cancers of the liver, kidneys and thyroid.
In order to treat renal cell carcinoma, CABOZANTINIB, an anti-cancer medicine, is used as a treatment. The disease is characterized by uncontrollable growth of cancer cells inside the kidneys, which result in the formation of a tumour. As a first-line therapy in patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma who had previously been treated with sorafenib, CABOZANTINIB can be used in combination with nivolumab and hepatocellular carcinoma for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma.
There is an active ingredient in CABOZANTINIB known as Cabozantinib that belongs to the class of medicines known as kinase inhibitors, which are used to treat cancer. By blocking the action of an enzyme (tyrosine kinase), it prevents the abnormal growth of cancer cells by stopping the activity of the enzyme.
It is possible that CABOZANTINIB can cause certain side effects such as diarrhea, decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, increased blood pressure, muscle cramps, a decrease in weight, dizziness, and constipation. The most common side effects of Cabozantinib
You may experience fatigue, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, stomatitis, high blood pressure, a decrease in appetite, changes in taste, low blood platelets, anemia (low levels of red blood cells), palmar-plantar erythrodysesthesia syndrome, a decrease in weight, an increase in liver enzymes, and dyspepsia.
